Follow the stock and the quality decision.
Follow a posted receipt, a signed quality-hold release and an actual shipment-readiness check that makes the remaining conditions visible.
A guided example of a configured warehouse workflow. Releasing a hold does not bypass other inventory, order or shipment conditions.
01 / Receiving operator
Keep the receipt context with the inventory.
The synthetic receipt is Posted with 20 units, a named demonstration lot and a December 31, 2027 expiry date. It records the handling-unit context. This demo has no configured facility inspection plan and no recorded load inspection.

Record receipt context and confirm the stock's identity and location.
A receipt connected to inventory, lot and handling-unit records.
02 / Quality or authorized operations role
A concern becomes an explicit restriction.
The synthetic handling unit was placed on a quality hold that stops use and shipping. The release interface requires a reason and a signature before the authorized review can proceed.

Identify affected stock and apply the hold required by the operating process.
A quality hold with its reason and inventory scope.
03 / Authorized release reviewer
Review the evidence before releasing the hold.
The local demonstration reviewer used the normal signing controls to release the isolated synthetic hold. The status is Released, with a retained release time and the requirement for a signature still visible in its history.

Review the evidence, resolve the applicable conditions and record the permitted disposition.
The decision and history explaining the stock's quality state.
04 / Warehouse operator
Check the next action against the current state.
The hold gate now passes for the handling unit. A separate readiness check on the synthetic sales draft reports commercial readiness but blocks shipment: destination, warehouse timezone, packaging authority, GTIN and compliance-profile information still need attention.

Review the current eligibility and outstanding conditions before proceeding with the outbound work.
An actual shipment-readiness result with six blocking conditions. No shipment or dispatch was created.
Availability has an explanation.
The team can follow the posted receipt, the released hold and the remaining shipment conditions. This demonstration ends with a real readiness decision: commercial preparation is ready, but shipment remains blocked until the listed requirements are resolved.
