Module Control

Integration & Control Plane

Connect supported APIs and events with scoped access, partner exchange, and governed automation.

Example buyer problem

Systems and partners need information exchange with controlled visibility and actions.

Capability families

Integration & Exchange Security & Multi-Tenant Governance AI / Agent Operability

Integration & Control Plane provides the access and exchange surfaces around operational work. APIs, events, integration configuration, and permissions help teams connect supported workflows while retaining a clear account of which system owns a record and which identity may act on it.

A partner may need notification when a supported operational event occurs. An assistant may need bounded access to help a person inspect information or prepare an authorized action.

What you can activate

Documented APIs expose supported operational contracts. Webhook subscriptions and delivery records provide an event exchange path. Role permissions and tenant or entity boundaries control access to the operational records behind those contracts. Delegated and assistant workflows use their applicable identity and action controls.

Implementation determines the data mapping, ownership, permitted actions, and recovery behavior for each connection. Connecting a particular ERP, PLM, QMS, or WMS requires checking the supported endpoints and the external system’s contract. Available APIs do not imply a completed connector for every named vendor.

Workflow patterns

  • Define an exchange: Identify the records to read or update, the authoritative system, and the business event that should trigger the exchange.
  • Deliver partner events: Configure the supported subscription, inspect delivery history, and handle failed deliveries through the available retry controls.
  • Scope a delegated identity: Grant the roles and access needed for its defined work and review those permissions as responsibilities change.
  • Bound assistant actions: Keep the assistant’s accessible information and permitted operations aligned with the active user’s authorized workflow.

How it connects

The API catalog covers webhooks, ERP integration, roles, and authentication as starting points for technical evaluation. The Webhooks & Events deep dive explains the event delivery pattern.

This module connects with Commercial Operations, Inventory & Logistics, Work Execution, and Impact Intelligence according to the records involved in the exchange.

Start with one trusted connection

Choose one exchange and define a clear operating owner. Confirm its access boundary, mapping, failure handling, and review requirements before adding more partners or automation. The Integration service path provides the adjacent route for scoping that implementation work with the teams responsible for both systems.

Capabilities

What this module enables.

Module-wide controls

  • Use documented API contracts to connect supported operational workflows.
  • Deliver supported events through configured webhook subscriptions and delivery controls.
  • Apply role permissions and tenant or entity boundaries to operational access.
  • Scope delegated and assistant identities to authorized workflow actions.

Example workflows

  • Connect an external system through supported operational APIs
  • Configure partner event delivery with delivery history and retry handling
  • Scope delegated or assistant access around an approved workflow

Expansion path

Start narrow, then expand with proof.

Start with one defined exchange, establish ownership and access rules, then extend the same controls to additional systems or partners.

Connected records

Keep the decision and its evidence together.

Follow the relationships between the change, the work, and the records that support your review.

Change review

Visible context

Connect a proposed change to the supported records and dependencies that need review.

Quality evidence

Linked records

Keep findings, actions, and supporting evidence available alongside the work.

Inventory

Operational history

Follow the material, handling, and custody records captured by the configured workflow.
